MVP Award Winners Were Announced Onstage at Deltek Insight 2018 During General Session on Monday, November 5

Formerly known as the Project Excellence Awards program, the MVP Awards recognize and celebrate outstanding Deltek customer and partner achievements across all industries.

The winner in the Government Contracting category is Peraton. As a trusted provider of highly differentiated capabilities, Peraton is a critical partner to the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and select federal agencies and commercial entities. Headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, the company employs approximately 3,500 people across the U.S. and Canada. Peraton’s next-generation IT organization led a massive digital transformation of all aspects of its IT infrastructure to seamlessly integrate and automate data flowing inside and outside of their network. The winner in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction category is BuroHappold Engineering, an international engineering consultancy operating in 21 locations worldwide. For more than 40 years, BuroHappold has been delivering creative, best practice, value-driven building and city solutions. Implementing Deltek across all divisions increased efficiency and standardized processes, ultimately enabling them to provide a better outcome for clients, and greatly reduced annual losses within one year.
The winner in the Marketing, Advertising and Digital Agencies category is Ogilvy APAC, the world-renowned creative agency. Ogilvy is a place where the “big idea” spans any variety of tactics, from digital platforms and on-ground activations, to traditional PR, TV, video, print and more. With Deltek, Ogilvy APAC streamlined processes and created better project visibility. Ogilvy’s APAC agencies now have a common process for different markets to enhance collaboration, manage creative booking and measure profitability, allowing them to open up more time to focus on creativity and serving their clients better.
The winner in the Management & IT Consulting category is ICF, the global consulting and digital services provider with over 5,500 employees that work with hundreds of companies and governments to plan, design and implement transformative projects. For nearly 50 years, ICF’s business analysts and policy specialists have worked together with digital strategists, data scientists and creatives to solve clients’ biggest challenges in a holistic and highly interdisciplinary way. With multiple Deltek solutions in place, ICF has been able to formalize policies, automate repetitive activities, centralize key functions, and more.
The winner in the Enterprise category is International Medical Corps, a global nonprofit that provides training and delivers emergency healthcare and related services to those affected by conflict, natural disaster and disease, no matter where they are, no matter what the conditions. International Medical Corps needed an ERP application to support its vision for serving more people in need. Deltek empowered the humanitarian organization to do just that, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of its administrative processes, and enabling its team to spend more time helping people in vulnerable situations.
The winner in the Small Business category is Thermal Engineering Corporation, the 21-employee operation founded in Hawaii in 1978, which specializes in mechanical and fire protection engineering and designs air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, automatic fire suppression, heavy industrial systems and more. By implementing Deltek, this enables Thermal Engineering Corporation to have “ah-ha” moments by having better data analysis, insight on performance indicators, and visibility on cash flow.
And the winners in thePartner category are OGSystems, with Deltek partner, Lexell Blue. OGSystems’ mission is to provide technically advanced solutions to customers through constant innovation, effecting positive change in every engagement. Together with Lexell Blue, the companies implemented Deltek to provide OGSystems reliable financial information and system controlled processes. Deltek products help the company reduce inefficient processes and allow their employees to spend more time innovating.
