New measures are being taken to ensure reviews contain authentic, legitimate content
Online reputation management software leader Algorip today announced it has launched a new feature to further safeguard review legitimacy. This new feature includes stricter content authenticity, by detection of abusive content through advanced engineered algorithms.
Algorip’s new feature also includes a designed downloadable widget to pinpoint, alert, and flag automatically any reviews containing abusive content on any consumer site. This includes reviews containing defamatory content, descriptions of non personal experiences completely unrelated to the business, any promotional material to other businesses, and all other practices that violate standard review site policies. This will prevent fake reviews from competitors or fake customers with unhelpful content.
Algorip and several influential companies, such as Google, Yelp and Facebook are taking a stand against fake reviews, which has become an increasingly frequent problem on review sites. Since reviews have such a vast impact on customers’ purchase decisions, the trust customers place in reviews is directly bound to their authenticity. Algorip’s goal is to sustain this trust through article and review deletion.
“Here at Algorip our team of experts do everything in our power to make sure businesses only receive authentic, genuine reviews regarding the businesses product or service,” said John Daniel, CEO at Algorip. “We’re putting a stop to fake reviews so that review sites are only filled with only authentic reviews.”
Algorip’s new features ensure that businesses will receive only relevant, authentic reviews that will help your businesses visibility on search engines. At the same time, customers can be confident that the content they see on Algorip and other review sites represents real feedback from real customer
