Accenture was named No. 1 out of 14 providers in the HFS Top 10 for ServiceNow Services Providers 2019 report.

The report specifically analyzed the full value chain of ServiceNow services and states that, of all the providers assessed, Accenture was positioned first because of its global capability to innovate and deliver with high customer satisfaction.
Accenture strengths highlighted in the HFS report include:
- Client references: Accenture’s clients talk highly of the firm’s ability to design, deploy, and develop ServiceNow innovatively — bringing in key talent from across the organization to supplement engagements where needed;
- Talent: Accenture boasts one of the largest ServiceNow talent benches among the competitors assessed in this report. The firm also leverages its vast global network to bring skills and capability to clients across the globe; and
- Partnerships: Accenture is one of few ServiceNow partners to have a seat at the top table, helping to drive the platform’s development roadmap. This enables Accenture to provide a clear view to clients of what the platform has in store, helping them to make the most out of investments and build longevity into client roadmaps.
