Behavox, a pioneering artificial intelligence data analytics firm, today announced the launch of Behavox Voice, their newest suite of proprietary capabilities that enables organizations to process and analyze voice recordings through a variety of new features, including multi-lingual functionality.

Behavox Voice includes a wide range of features and functionality, using machine-learning powered acoustic voice analysis, and is fully integrated into the Behavox platform.
Some of these new hallmarks include:
- Standard voice to text transcription;
- Robust key word spotting by leveraging proprietary algorithms to dramatically increase accuracy rates;
- Paralinguistics, which detects acoustic cues such as laughter, whispering, raised tones of voice, and other indications beyond simply the words themselves;
- And Biometrics, which can specifically identify any individual’s voice after hearing just 5 minutes of a recording.
Perhaps the most critical component of Behavox Voice is the new language capabilities. Behavox is actively working on developing multi-lingual functionality with an initial focus on English, Spanish, and Japanese, in response to direct client feedback and requests.
Last month, Behavox was named to CB Insights Fintech 250 List for their achievements in Regulation & Compliance within Financial Technology and earlier this Fall, moved their headquarters from London to NYC. Behavox is building the first behavioral operating system with an eventual focus extending well past compliance into areas like productivity, culture, and revenue generation.
